Can we make requests?
Yes. If you request a song on the spot I will do my best to play it, and usually succeed. If you want specific songs for your event let me know at least a day or two in advance and they will be in the show?
Can we see your setlist?
I don't have a regular setlist. I choose songs spontaniously from my large repertoire according to the atmosphere and audience reactions.
We don't have a piano. Can we still have you play?
Nothing compares to a real piano, but if there is no piano available in tune I can bring a high quality electric stage piano.
Yes, I own all rights to my compositions and recordings.
?Can you make changes to existing tracks
Yes. If you hear something you like but isn't an exact fit, contact me and I'll adapt it according to your needs.
?Do you compose custom music
Yes, I can compose music to fit your film.
?How do we communicate during the process
I believe the best way to communicate is a video call. We can work with a shared screen so that you can be specific with your instructions.
I use Google Drive or Vimeo (private link) for sending the work to you for approval.
?Do you charge extra for revisions
No, it is important to me that you are satisfied with the results and that they meet your needs. More specific instructions will usually result in fewer revisions, but I will do as many as necessary.
Age 3 and up, including teenagers and adults. I have a wide variety of instruments available, from simple percussion instruments to large instruments built with hammers and nails.
When are the workshops?
You can arrange a workshop at your convenience except for Shabat and holidays. Open workshops are advertised on this site.
Can we be spontaneous ?
In many cases the answer is yes. Call or send a Whatsapp (you can send directly from this website) and I'll tell you when I'm available.
Do we have to come to you?
No, I can bring the workshop to you if you have a space.
If you have a larger or mixed group, contact me for a price quote.
Do parents also have to pay?
The cost is per instrument. If parents are only there to assist their children, there is no extra charge.
Our children already play musical instruments. Is this a good activity for them?
Yes. The instruments they build will be different from those they play, so they will learn something new. I can explain the differences between the instruments and how to play songs they have alread learned.
We have never played any instrument. Is this a good activity for us?
Yes, no knowledge or experience is required. You start from the beginning and I explain everything. For relevant instruments I have also prepared sheet music that includes numbers for those who don't read music.
